Sponsoring a Teenager in Kumbo, Cameroon
As president of Sustainable Earth Solutions, Inc, I have been invited to train 15 youth in the village of Kumbo in Cameroon Africa. This initiative is part of the Himalayan Institute Humanitarian project. This African Environmental Youth Summit would help the village youth address environmental challenges of clean electricity for their homes, water purification, composting, and safe management of human and animal wastes.
Your sponsorship goes to one of the 15 youth in the village of Kumbo that would attend the two month training. The cost for one youth to attend the two month Summit is $500.
Youth participants:
- Learn creative problem solving strategies
- Design and implement an action plan addressing one of the environmental challenges
- Become "Change Leaders' in the village to assist others in need
